About the project
This role focused on supporting promotional efforts for the University’s College of Design, Art, and Performance (CDAP) through strategic content and visual design. A structured content schedule was introduced to better highlight program initiatives, events, and student work across digital platforms. A branded template system was developed for the Design, Art & Performance Calendar to ensure consistency across social media promotions. In addition, an email newsletter for Arts at USF was designed and distributed to a mailing list of over 9,200 subscribers, strengthening audience outreach and engagement. Ongoing collaboration with the Marketing & Communications team ensured all deliverables met brand standards and were executed accurately under strict deadlines.
